LA Staff
The Behavior Analysts and Teachers on ABC's
staff all have University degrees and academic training
in Applied Behavior Analysis. Additionally, ABC
has a comprehensive Continuing Education Program and
an extensive supervision structure which includes PhD’s,
licensed Psychologists as well as Board Certified Behavior
Analysts.

Rick
Gutierrez, M.S./B.C.B.A

Southern California
Rick Gutierrez is a Board Certified
Behavior Analyst with over 10 years of experience in
the treatment of individuals diagnosed on the Autism
Spectrum. Mr. Gutierrez holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology
from the University of California, Riverside and a Masters
of Science degree in Behavior Analysis from California
State University, Los Angeles. Mr. Gutierrez has served
as Program Manager, Regional Director, and currently
as the Clinical Administrator of Southern California
services for Applied Behavior Consultants, Inc. As Clinical
Administrator Mr. Gutierrez coordinates ABC services
with multiple regional centers and school districts and
is responsible for overall staff clinical support throughout
the region. Mr. Gutierrez has given numerous workshops
on ABA throughout the United States, Europe, Africa,
and Asia. He is level II certified in Teaching through
Acoustical Guidance (TAG). He specializes in Verbal Behavior
Theory and has published work in The Analysis of Verbal
Behavior. Mr. Gutierrez is a member of the Association
for Behavior Analysis and the California Association
for Behavior Analysis.

Justine Tisdale, BA/MS

Nicole Justine Tisdale earned
a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from BIOLA University
in 1996. While pursuing a BA degree, Miss. Tisdale worked
as a Program Specialist, tutoring children from 2 to
15 years of age diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
(ASD) for the following ten years. Miss Tisdale received
her Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
in 2008. In 2005 she became the Program Manager for Applied
Behavior Consultants, Inc. (ABC). Her
duties include managing Senior Behavior Consultants and
Behavior Consultants who supervise in-home, school based
services, community, and parent training programs for children
diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
She trains staff on assessments, lesson development and
implementation. She has conducted various workshops for
school district staff in the South East Los Angeles and
Inland Empire areas of Southern California, on Applied
Behavior Analysis. Miss Tisdale has also traveled to South
Africa conducting workshops on special education as well
as general education concerning reduction of behavior problems
in the classroom and the teaching of appropriate skill
deficits.
Karlye
Louritt, BA

Karlye Louritt received her Bachelor
of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada,
Reno in 2005. While completing her degree she worked with
children diagnosed with Autism through the Early Childhood
Autism Program under Dr. Ghezzi. Over her four years under
Dr. Ghezzi she served in the capacity of tutor and lead
tutor. After completing her degree she relocated to Southern
California to join Applied Behavior Consultants, Inc. as
an Associate Behavior Consultant. Since then MS. Louritt
has served in the positions of Behavior Consultant, Senior
Behavior Consultant, Associate Program Manager, and Program
Manager. In addition, she has served as Behavior Analyst
for the ABC School Ontario California. In her current position,
Ms. Louritt assists the Regional Director of the South
East Los Angeles operation at ABC, Inc. in providing clinical
support throughout the region. In addition, Ms. Louritt
is a certified PRO-ACT and CPI trainer.

Hui
Ling Loh, BS

Miss Hui Ling Loh is a board certified
behavior analyst and a member of Association for Behavior
Analysis International since 2005. She received her Bachelor
of Science Degree in Psychology from Western Michigan
University in 2002. While pursuing her BS degree, Hui
Ling worked as a Behavior Technician in an early childhood
developmentally delayed classroom of a special education
school. Miss Loh continued to work in the classroom
as a Graduate Supervisor, supervising and training
practicum students as she pursued her Master degree.
Miss Loh received her Master of Arts Degree in Applied
Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism and Organizational
Behavior Management in April 2007. In July 2007, Miss
Loh became a Behavior Consultant for Applied Behavior
Consultants, Inc. (ABC), working with children diagnosed
with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
Miss Loh has traveled to China in September 2008 providing
classroom consultation concerning lesson progression
for individual students and addressing staffs and parents
concerns regarding behavior problems. She currently
holds the position of Senior Behavior Consultant in
ABC, Inc.
Stephanie
M. Sheridan, BS

Stephanie M. Sheridan is a Board
Certified Associate Behavior Analyst and acquired her
Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Western
Michigan University. Ms. Sheridan has been a member
of the Association for Behavior Analysis International
since 2004 and the American Psychological Association
since 2005. She has acquired experience within the
field of Behavior Analysis as a behavior consultant,
research assistant, undergraduate therapist, behavior
therapist, and as a behavior technician. The populations
that she has worked with include children, adolescents,
and adults with developmental disabilities and autism
spectrum disorders. Presently, Ms. Sheridan works in
the capacity of a Senior Behavior Consultant with Applied
Behavior Consultants, Inc.
Angelica
Rendon, BA/BS

Angelica Rendon began working with children
with developmental and learning disabilities in 2002
as an academic tutor while attending the University of
California, Los Angeles. Upon
graduating in 2005 with a bachelor’s of arts in
Spanish and Linguistics and a bachelor’s of science
in Psychobiology, she acquired a position as an in–home
tutor at Applied Behavior Consultants, Inc., in 2005.
She worked in the home environment, but also assisted
in the Infant and Toddler Center and the ABC School,
located in Duarte, California. In 2005,
she was promoted to Associate Behavior Consultant and
became a full-time consultant in November 2005. She worked
as supervisor of in-home programs, and also provided
ABA services in school districts, held workshops, including
behavior trainings, and provided training for parents
in the basic principles of applied behavior analysis.
She later became a senior behavior consultant in February
2007 where she took on the responsibilities of supervising
other consultants. She is also a member of the professional
organization, Applied Behavior Analysis, International.
Heather
Estep, BA
Senior Behavior Consultant

Heather Estep is a Senior Behavior Consultant
at ABC, Inc. She
began helping children with disabilities while in elementary
school and middle school as they were mainstreamed into
her classes. During high school, she worked at an Easter
Seals after school recreational center. As Heather
earned her Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Psychology
at California Lutheran University, she worked as a respite
care provider and then as a tutor with children both
in-home and at school. Additionally, she concentrated
in Family and Child Development, and took various early
education classes. With ABC, Heather worked as
a behavior consultant for over a year before becoming
a senior behavior consultant.
