ABC Center Singapore is honoured to be the only center in Singapore with four Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) on-site, providing direct supervision to all the children’s programs. 

ABC Center’s Clinical Director has the most number of years’ experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst among all BCBAs practicing in Singapore.

 Board Certification entails passing strict certification and testing/qualification as mandated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (www.bacb.com)

Our Key Staff

Hui Ling Loh , M.A, B.C.B.A. is the Clinical Director of ABC Center Singapore.    She has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2007, giving her 15 years’ experience as a BCBA serving in the USA and in Singapore.  She received her Master of Arts Degree in Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism and Organizational Behavior Management from Western Michigan University, together with her Bachelor of Science (Summa Cum Laude) in Psychology from the same university.     Hui Ling first joined ABC in our USA head office, where she worked with children diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities, and supervising other behavior consultants and ensuring the quality of clients’ program.

As ABC’s Clinical Director, Hui Ling oversees the overall clinical operations including supervising and training of behavior technicians and behavior analysts, conducting assessments, creating and troubleshooting lessons and behavior plans, providing parent training through teaching of ABA techniques to ensure generalization process continues at home. She has provided international consultation in China and Bahrain and presented on the topic “Effectively Managing Behavior Excesses” for the 2nd International Conference “Untangle Autism 2009” at Bahrain.  She has also provided program consultation for families in Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines.

Mari Ueda-Tao, M.A., B.C.B.A is the Chief Clinical Officer of Applied Behavior Consultants, Inc. USA and also serves as the Liaison for International Services. She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Psychology with a concentration in Behavior Analysis from the University of the Pacific, Stockton, CA, USA and she is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.   She has many years of experience in clinically supervising behavior consultants, specializing in early, intensive intervention techniques, including comprehensive work with infant/toddler age ranges.

Mari is a member of the USA national and state-levels of the Association for Behavior Analysis. Internationally, she has trained a number of teachers and parents on the implementation of ABA principles with children with Autism in Algeria, Bahrain, Dubai, Ethiopia, France, Iceland, Philippines, Portugal, Romania and Singapore.

Lilibeth Tan is a Director of ABC Center Singapore. She is a U.S. licensed music and movement teacher with years of experience in teaching children, especially toddlers and pre-school aged children. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. She has a deep passion in reaching out and helping children with autism because she herself is a mother of a special child. She deeply understands the dilemma of a parent of a special child. She has navigated through many different programs that are offered , one of which was Applied Behavior Analysis. With her at the helm, ABC Center Singapore has articulated its core value of ‘The needs of the child should always come first!’. Her goal is to share the benefits of ABA to as many parents of children with Autism, and help them attain the dream of unlocking the full potential in their children, in the same way that it has for her own child.
